Vaknade tidigt imorse. Med en stark känsla av att behöva lufta huvudet tog jag på mig mina träningskläder och gick ner till stranden. Trots en hel del andra motionärer kände jag mig fri med mina egna tankar. Stranden, havet, himlen, allt tonades samman.

En känsla av att bedöva en ensamhet och på samma gång bli ensam när samma ensamhet stillas från annat håll. Att hitta in eller att hitta ut. Att hitta rätt. Jag behöver ingen och behövs jag vill jag behövas för den jag är, inte för något jag kan ge. Ibland.
